Neighborhood Alliance Administrative Staff




Connie joined Neighborhood Alliance in February 2018. Alicia brings with her over 20 years of business management experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services along with a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management and Leadership. Alicia has been active in the community in various non-profit organizations in leadership roles and had the privilege to serve Neighborhood Alliance previously.


Lori Magyar, R.D.

Grant Manager

Lori joined Neighborhood Alliance in February 2012.  She has over 6 years experience in grant writing for non-profits.  Prior to joining Neighborhood Alliance, Lori was a Client Service Coordinator with Avon/Avon Lake Community Resource Services for 5 1/2 years.  She also served as Interim Director.

Lori holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Dietetics from Miami University of Ohio.  She is a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.


Jadera Patton

Director of Creative Marketing and Community Outreach

Jadera joined Neighborhood Alliance in October 2012 as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. With her Bachelors of Science in Advertisement from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she brings a unique combination of graphic design, photography and communication skills to enhance the brand of Neighborhood Alliance. Also a member of Leadership Lorain County’s Signature Class of 2012.


Margarita Nunez


Margarita joined Neighborhood Alliance in October 2017 as a Controller. She has received her Associates Degree in Business Administration-Management from  Lorain County Community College.  Prior to joining Neighborhood Alliance, Margarita worked 10 years in banking at First Federal of Lorain and Fifth Third Bank. She also worked 4 years for Lorain County offices in the fiscal department. She brings financial knowledge, ideas that are cost-effective, and has a lot of experience working directly with the community.


Amy Anderson

Billing/Data Specialist

Amy joined Neighborhood Alliance in June of 2004 in the Elyria Child Care Summer Camp.  She has been a director and billed for our child care centers and Senior Nutrition. She has an associate’s degree in Human Services and with her vast knowledge of Neighborhood Alliance programs and billing systems she has become an excellent addition to our financial team.

Roxanne Krauth

Office Manager

Roxanne joined Neighborhood Alliance in January 2017.  She has both an Associates and Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University. Worked at Enterprise Holdings for over 20 years as an executive assistant, HR Coordinator, and Accounting Clerk.
