Neighborhood Alliance Administrative Staff

Connie Osborn

CEO/President

Connie joined Neighborhood Alliance in February, 1999. Connie has over 25 years experience directing and managing early childhood and educational development programs. Prior to joining Neighborhood Alliance, while raising her three children, she had run her own in-home day care.

In June 2010, Connie was promoted to Vice President of Neighborhood Alliance and then in May 2011, she was chosen as the new President/CEO. Connie currently is a member of, Elyria (noon) Rotary, Lorain County Early Childhood Task Force, Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Lorain County Early Learning Consortium, Clearview H.S. Athletic Boosters, and Leadership Lorain County. Connie holds a CDA in Early Childhood Development.

 

Holly Spitz

CFO

Holly joined Neighborhood Alliance in October, 1998. She has over 16 years experience directing the finances of non-profits. Prior to joining Neighborhood Alliance, Holly was the Finance Director for the Rose-Mary Center and Interim Finance Director for Neighborhood Progress Inc. She began her professional career in public accounting in 1989.
Holly is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1991.
She is currently Treasurer of the Avon Lake High School Athletic Boosters. Holly is also actively involved with various PTA’s, the ALHS Choir Boosters and the Avon Lake Soccer Organization Father’s Day Tournament.

 

Dawn Meyer

Development Director

Dawn joined Neighborhood Alliance in October, 2010. Dawn has over 7 years experience in the nonprofit community in Lorain County. Prior to joining Neighborhood Alliance, Dawn was Executive Director at Avon/Avon Lake Community Resource Services.
Currently, Dawn is a member of the Avon/Avon Lake Rotary, North Coast Regional Chamber of Commerce, Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Leadership Lorain County (Class of 2010), Avon Lake Athletic Boosters and ALHS PTA.
Dawn holds a BS in Environmental Resources from Eastern Kentucky University. She has her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation. Currently Dawn is enrolled at Case Western Reserve University working on her Nonprofit Management degree.

 

Patricia A. Alicea

Human Resources Manager

Patricia A. Alicea joined Neighborhood Alliance in May 1995. Patty has over fifteen years experience in non-profit management at the Neighborhood Alliance.

Patty holds a Associate Degree in Computer Science and Jr. Accounting Diploma from Lorain Business College. Patty has held many leadership positions at Neighborhood Alliance over the years.

 

Amy Levenberg

Office Manager/Webmaster

Amy Levenberg joined Neighborhood Alliance in April, 2008 as a Billing Specialist. She has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and web design. In the Fall of 08, Amy became the webmaster for Neighborhood Alliance, and in October 2010, she became the Office Manager. She has a Bachelors Degree in Music Therapy from Baldwin-Wallace College and is currently working on a Master’s Degree from Cleveland State.

 

Chris Aiello

Special Events Coordinator

Chris joined Neighborhood Alliance in January, 2011. Chris has employment experience in the nonprofit community, in addition, she has over 10 years of volunteer experience for NHA, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Cancer Society.
Chris holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from McDaniel College in Maryland. She was employed for 10 years by Westinghouse, most recently by Mannington Commercial Floors and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Currently Chris is a member of the Avon Lake High School PTA and ALHS Athletic Boosters. She is also a First Connection Program volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, helping families cope with pediatric cancer diagnoses.
