Internships:

Human Resource Internship- The Human Resource Intern will assist the Human Resource Manager with all aspects of HR Management in a hands-on setting. The Human Resource Manager provides support to a multi-program, non-profit agency in a broad range of Human Resource functions including employment and recruiting, talent management, orientation, training, payroll administration, safety/risk management, and compliance.

Special Events Intern - To support the development department in positioning Neighborhood Alliance in the marketplace as the preferred benefactor of corporate sponsors and community support through special events, public relations, and marketing contacts.

Haven Center Homeless Shelter:

Intake Monitor - The Intake Monitor is responsible for the security of Haven Center participants and provision of accurate and complete record keeping. They shall initiate participant referrals for jobs and housing and provide feedback for progress and motivation towards successfully acquiring income and permanent or transitional housing opportunities.

Child Enrichment Services:

Lead Teacher - With direct supervision, the Lead Teacher provides a comfortable and safe learning environment for students.

Lead Pre-School Teacher - With direct supervision, the Lead Teacher provides a comfortable and safe learning environment for students.

Family Support Services:

Early Intervention Evaluator -  The Early Intervention Evaluator is responsible for completing evaluation and assessment tools, as required under the Help Me Grow-Part C program and the federal regulations for Part C of IDEA, in order to determine the child’s eligibility for Early Intervention Program and need for services.

Senior Nutrition Services:

Second Cook –  The Second Cook for Senior Nutrition is responsible for performing various kitchen related tasks and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the kitchen portion of the Senior Nutrition program.
